General rules for membership in Horsens Muay Thai
– Applicable Rate. August 1, 2012.
The membership, which is personal and can not be transferred to others, and gives you the right to exercise on the registered teams.
One must, on request, be able to show a receipt for payment of the quota / registration.
Paid amounts will not be refunded, unless there has been paid twice.
A membership can be transferred to another classes if there are still places available on the other class and that quota is paid.
If you have paid membership through DanKort, Cash, MobilePay or other payment cards you are still a member even though no registration form is completed and these terms apply to the member.
There will not be refunded overpaid amounts and you will always pay for 3 months at the time. New members must pay the club fee of kr. 250, – in addition to their membership.
There must be notified 30 days before cancelling membership, otherwise Horsens Muay Thai has the right to withdraw membership at Dankort / VISA / Mobilepay / Mastercard for a another 3 months.
To cancel membership 30 days before, please inform the board in writing by letter or mail kontakt@horsensmuaythai.dk immediately.
Consent:
By abandoning address and mobile number, you agree to that Horsens Muay Thai can contact the member via e-mail or text message. Furthermore, the member’s consent to Horsens Muay Thai may store data about the members.
There is a 14 day return-fee, unless otherwise stated in the description of each team / activity
Amounts paid will be refunded to credit card and only in exceptional cases and only with the agreement of the chairman or treasurer.
